NEW! Forest Fitness
We believe that children should engage in activities in the outdoors as much as possible and where possible use the natural environment around them. Our Forest Fitness courses are designed to educate children about the natural environment whilst also activating the body and improving physical fitness using fundamental skills. We can provide the following:
CPD Sessions: If you have an outside forest school space and maybe already provide forest school sessions at your school we can give you and your staff the tools to bring physical activity using the fundamental skills into your pre-existing sessions. We will provide training and resources to help aid your provision which can be tailored to your school.
6 Week Sessions: Let us lead your pupils in a 6 week Forest Fitness programme. Our experienced coaches will utilise the space and natural resources available to create a truly unique learning experience. With a focus on the key fundamental skills married with learning about the natural environment this programme ticks all the boxes.

Jess Watson, Parochial Deal
“It was great to learn more about the sport and get help from someone who really knows the sport and enjoys it!! It has helped a great deal and I feel much more confident now teaching and assessing in this sport. Thank you very much for the support! Tom was great with the children and even managed to get the most reluctant involved and participating in the activities.“
Jessica Siggers, Challock Primary
“I thoroughly enjoyed my training with Tom and found the sessions extremely helpful. I now feel very confident in my ability to teach PE, whilst keeping it engaging and challenging at all times.<br>My class thought the lessons were fun, awesome, amazing, and fantastic.
